1. Achieve the target.
2. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses.
3. Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships.
4. Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new suppliers by partnering with them.
5. Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
6. Attend conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities.
7. Oversee planning for the following year’s business plan.
8. Manage relationships with local and overseas customers.
9. To start Commercial training & Events, Team Leader and colleagues where necessary to include plans to implement any proposed changes and improvements.
10. To undertake other duties as requested.
11. To manage the Sales team to achieve the above, through:
     a. The setting of objectives for all team members.
     b. Conducting regular 1 2 1 meetings with the team.
     c. Absence management.
     d. Performance management.
     e. The support and development of the team.
